This is a WiFi Collar to control your partner anywhere in the world with your fingerprint mobile. It shows the various levels of shock on the front panel. It requires charging and will shock if it is not charged within 24 hours. 

It can shock any time or random and has a Pet mode where the wearer has to go on all fours. It has a sleep mode where the wearer has to jump up from the bed to avoid a shock. Many more settings are available see photo.

Ideally the wearer has to install a Nanny Camera so the controller can watch the reaction to the punishment. They can make the wearer do anything they desire.
